Turnspire Capital Partners has acquired Michigan-based MPI, a maker of high-precision, fineblanked metal components for mission-critical and safety-critical automotive and industrial applications. No financial terms were disclosed. Houlihan Lokey Capital Inc was financial adviser to MPI on the deal. In addition to the acquisition, Turnspire has named Trevor Myers as president and CEO of MPI.

Turnspire also announced that Trevor Myers, an accomplished and respected automotive executive and a Turnspire Executive in Residence, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of MPI.

Mr. Myers has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.
