U.S. Pipe completes Fab Pipe acquisition

Birmingham, Alabama-based U.S. Pipe, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital and Comvest Partners, has closed its buy of Fab Pipe. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Rogers, Minnesota, Fab Pipe is a provider of ductile iron pipe, specialty fittings and other parts used in drinking water, wastewater, industrial and OEM applications.
