Canadian technology private equity firm Vertu Capital has invested in PathFactory, a Toronto-based intelligent content platform for business-to-business digital marketing. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction is Vertu’s third since January, bringing total transacted deal value to more than $300 million year-to-date.

The PathFactory acquisition brings Vertu’s total transacted deal value to more than $300 million year-to-date.
