Vintage Investment Partners’ new fund of funds raises $144 mln

Vintage Investment Partners has closed its latest fund of funds at $144 million, above its $100 million target.

Investors of the pool include U.S., Canadian and Israeli financial institutions, endowments, foundations and family offices.

Vintage Investments VII LP will focus on venture funds in the U.S., Europe and Israel as well as tech-related private equity funds in Israel. Vintage VII is seeking to acquire low-funded secondary and early secondary stakes in these funds. The pool will seek to invest in up to 15 core managers. Its previous fund of funds raised $92 million.

Vintage, of Israel, manages about $850 million in secondary funds, fund of funds, a late stage investment fund and a co-managed primary fund account.
