Vista Equity Partners has acquired New York City-based 7Park Data, a provider of data analytics software and performance indicators to institutional investment firms and Fortune 500 companies. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Morrison Foerster LLP served as legal advisers to Vista on the transaction while 7Park’s financial and legal advisers were Raymond James Financial and Goodwin Procter LLP, respectively.
