FORT WORTH – Vortus Investments, an independent energy private equity firm making control investments in U.S. onshore upstream oil & gas assets, is pleased to announce the oversubscribed final closing of Vortus Investments II, L.P. (“the Partnership”) at $500 million in capital commitments. Vortus received support from a diversified group of existing and new Limited Partners, including university endowments, non-profit foundations, family offices and pension funds.
