Wafra Partners LLC has acquired The Wellness Network, a health education network. No financial terms were disclosed.
NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — The Wellness Network, the nation’s largest health education network dedicated to delivering life-enhancing wellness information to motivate patients to take action, aid hospitals in meeting accreditation, and improve overall quality of healthcare, has been acquired by an entity formed by the clients of Wafra Partners LLC, a private equity firm located in New York, New York, as well as Patrick Clifford and James “Hal” Higby.
