Waud Capital Partners has promoted David Neighbours to principal and Chuck Edwards to vice president. Neighbours joined in 2003, while Edwards joined in 2005.

Waud Capital Partners (WCP), a private equity investment firm with more than $450 million of capital under management, has announced the following promotions: David Neighbours to the position of Principal and Chuck Edwards to the position of Vice President.

Mr. Neighbours joined Waud Capital in 2003 and was a Vice President prior to this promotion. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several Waud Capital portfolio companies, including Hospitalists Management Group, Regency Hospital Company, and True Partners Consulting. Mr. Neighbours formerly served as a Director of Waud Capital portfolio companies Compex Legal Services and Parish Publications. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Neighbours worked for Citigroup Investments in
Mr. Edwards joined Waud Capital as a Senior Associate in 2005. He serves on the Board of Directors of Aquion Water Treatment Products, LLC. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Edwards worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at A.G. Edwards & Sons in
