WestBridge has promoted Edward Minton and James MacLeay to senior investment manager. Also, the UK-based private equity firm has upped Rebecca Sinclair to investment manager.
PRIVATE equity firm WestBridge has promoted three members of its team as it prepares for another successful year.
Edward Minton and James MacLeay have both been elevated to the role of senior investment manager, while Rebecca Sinclair has been promoted to investment manager.
The promotions follow a productive 2020 for WestBridge, despite the challenging backdrop. Having completed the MBO of Bespoke Health & Social Care during the Spring lockdown, WestBridge ended the year backing the £46.5m MBO of Eque2, its sixth investment from WestBridge II.
Founding partner, Valerie Kendall, said:
“We are delighted to recognise the valuable contribution of our three colleagues and reward their achievements. Each of them has made a material difference to our business and demonstrated their professionalism, skill and commitment.
“They have worked diligently alongside our senior team and shown their capabilities in deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
“As WestBridge continues to grow, we are becoming ever more focussed on attracting and retaining such top talent.”
