White Wolf Capital and infrastructure industry vet launch DCCM

White Wolf Capital LLC has teamed up with James Thompson, an infrastructure industry veteran, to form DCCM, a "special purpose entity" formed to acquire U.S. civil engineering and infrastructure services companies.
