Wynnchurch Capital has sold Critical Process Systems to Exyte Group. No financial terms were disclosed. William Blair & Company and Paul Hastings LLP served as financial advisor and legal counsel, respectively, to CPS and Wynnchurch Capital. Based in Boise, Idaho, CPS is a provider of mission-critical process solutions.

ROSEMONT, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced today the sale of Critical Process Systems Group (“CPS”) to Exyte Group (“Exyte”), a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities.

Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, CPS is a leading provider of mission-critical process solutions for highly demanding industries and applications, including the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, life sciences and wastewater markets.
