Evoqua Water Technologies Corp, a portfolio company of AEA Investors LP, has agreed to acquire ProAct Services Corporation, a provider of on-site treatment services of contaminated water, for $132 million. The sellers are Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company Inc and members of ProAct Services' management.
Ardian has opened an office in Santiago, Chile. The office will serve the firm's investor base and investments in Latin America. Nicolas Gazitua will lead the new Chilean office.

Monaco-based GoodBulk, an owner and operator of dry bulk vessels, has priced 8.5 million shares of its IPO between $15 and $17.50 per share. The stock will trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "GBLK." Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse are the lead underwriters. GoodBulk's backers include CarVal Investors and Lantern Asset Management.
Irvine, California-based Cylance Inc, a cybersecurity company, has secured $120 million in funding. The investors included funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities.
Acuris, which is backed by BC Partners and GIC, has acquired New York City-based SparkSpread, a provider of energy financing, trading and M&A news. No financial terms were disclosed. EY advised the SparkSpread shareholders on the transaction.
Drake Automotive Group, which is backed by Huron Capital, has acquired Riverside, California-based DV8 Offroad, a maker of off-road accessories and wheels. No financial terms were disclosed.
