Equity Commonwealth has sold Philadelphia-based 1600 Market Street, an office tower, to an affiliate of American Real Estate Partners. The transaction was for $160 million. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented Equity Commonwealth on the sale.
Amphora Gas Storage USA, which is backed by Arclight Capital Partners LLC, has agreed to acquire Enstor Gas, an operator of Avangrid's gas storage business. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close in March 2018.
