TCG BDC is expected to trade the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "CGBD." BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Citigroup will serve as the lead underwriters. TCG BDC is a subsidiary of Carlyle and was formerly known as Carlyle GMS Finance Inc.

As a result of the transaction, Randall-Relly CEO Brent Reilly and Shane Elmore, the chief operating officer, will remain in their positions. Houlihan Lokey provided financial advice to Randall-Reilly and Investcorp on the deal while William Blair & Co. did likewise for Aurora.
