GCR Inc, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, has acquired PCC Technologies, a Windsor, Connecticut-based software producer for state and local government agencies. No financial terms were disclosed.
PCX Aerostructures, a provider of precision, flight critical and structural assemblies for rotorcraft and fixed wing aerospace platforms, has named Jeff Frisby to its board of directors. Recently, Frisby was the president and CEO of Triumph Group. PCX Aerostructures's backers include RFE Investment Partners and 24/6 Capital Partners. 
Houston-based oil and gas company Terra Energy Partners has agreed to acquire WPX Energy Rocky Mountain LLC from WPX Energy Inc for $910 million in cash. Included in this transaction are 200,000 net acres in the Piceance Basin of Colorado. Also, as a result of this deal, Terra's current backer Kayne has increased its equity commitment while new backer Warburg Pincus has made an investment. According to Terra, its total equity commitment is now $800 million.
Applied Acoustics International, which is owned by Angeles Equity Partners, has named Larry Hagood as CEO. Previously, Hagood worked at Autoneum North America where he served as chief operating officer. Based in Chicago Heights, Illinois, AAI is a provider of of noise, vibration and harshness solutions for the North American automotive sector.
Main Capital has acquired a majority stake in Denit Hosting Solutions, a Dutch managed hosting provider. No financial terms were disclosed.
Lovell Minnick Partners has made several new additions to its team. The private equity firm has hired Benjamin Kaplan and Steven Korff as vice president and associate respectively in Los Angeles while Greg Dutov is joining the Philadelphia office as an associate.
