Deltek, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, has agreed to buy HRsmart. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Richardson, Texas, HRsmart is a provider of unified talent management solutions.
Healthcare-focused private equity firm BelHealth Investment Partners has hired Marc Aronstein as a managing director. Previously, Aronstein worked at The Marwood Group where he recently served as a managing director and co-head of private equity investing and M&A.
McNally Capital and Coughlin Capital have acquired ITS Logistics. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that was done in partnership with ITS management. G2 Capital Advisors served as the sell-side advisor to ITS in the deal. Based in Sparks, Nevada, ITS is a provider of third-party logistics and supply chain management solutions.

Previously, Diamond worked at Gates Capital Management where he was responsible for marketing and business development efforts.
