Camber Corp., a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, has hired Philip O. Nolan as CEO. Nolan will replace Camber co-founder Walter Batson who will remain as chairman of the board of directors. Nolan is the former chairman and CEO of Stanley Inc. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, Camber is a professional services organization.
Altus Group Limited, a Canadian provider of software and data solutions for the commercial real estate industry, has named Raymond C. Mikulich as chairman of its board of directors. Mikulich will succeed Harvey S. Naglie who has been the board chairman since 2005. Mikulich is a managing partner and chief investment officer at Ridgeline Capital Group.

According to an amended SEC filing. MaxPoint Interactive has priced its IPO of 6.5 million shares between $10.50 and $12.50 a share. The company plans on listing the stock on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "MXPT." Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank Securities and Pacific Crest Securities are serving as lead underwriters. MaxPoint Interactive is a digital advertising company that helps brands increase in-store sales. It is backed by Madrona Venture Group and Trinity Ventures.  
Prospect Partners LLC has bought Knoxville, Tennessee-based Animal Emergency Specialty Center, a specialty veterinary hospital. No financial terms were disclosed.
BBX Capital Partners has hired Nathan Dapeer as a principal. Previously, Dapeer worked at Blue Sea Capital and Brockway Moran & Partners.
3i has acquired UK-based Aspen Pumps, a maker of condensate pumps, for 105 million pounds. The seller was Inflexion.
High Road Capital Partners has sold All Current Electrical Sales Inc to EBSCO Industries. No financial terms were disclosed. Piper Jaffray provided advice to All Current on the transaction. All Current is a specialty reseller of electrical components.
