Flexpoint Ford has agreed to invest in Top Rx, a Memphis-based distributor of generic drugs. No financial terms were disclosed. Jefferies acted as financial advisor to Flexpoint Ford on the transaction.
Warburg Pincus has named Michael A. Pulick as an industry advisor for its CIS Group. Previously, Pulick worked at Grainger where he served as president of the U.S. and then international business.

Myers Industries has agreed to sell its lawn and garden business to Wingate Partners for $115 million. William Blair & Company provided financial advice to Myers on the transaction, which is expected to close in early 2015. Based in Akron, Ohio, Myers is a maker of polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial, and consumer markets.
Atlas RFID has received an undisclosed investment from Kayne Partners, the growth private equity group of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Atlas monitors the status and availability of materials for capital construction projects.
Dow Schofield Watts has promoted Keith Benson and Gregg Pendlington to associate director. Benson joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2012 while Pendlington first came to the firm in 2013 from Haines Watts where he worked as a corporate finance partner.

D.A. Davidson & Co. has hired Steven Gilbertson and Tim Sznewajs as managing directors of the firm's new Denver office. Previously, Gilbertson worked as an executive director in Oppenheimer & Co.’s energy investment banking team while Sznewajs was co-head and senior managing director at FMI Capital Advisors.
