Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has hired Jeff Hawn as a partner. Hawn is the former chairman and CEO of Quest Software.
Hawn’s other leadership roles include serving as chairman and CEO at Vertafore and Attachmate. He was also senior vice president of operations at BMC Software and a partner at McKinsey & Company.
Hawn has been a director on more than a dozen boards for both public and private software companies. He has an MBA from the University of Texas and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University.
