


Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has named Harsh Agarwal as a principal on its investment team. Based in New York, Agarwal will evaluate and execute investments in the software and technology-enabled services sectors.
Prior to joining CD&R, Agarwal worked at EQT Partners and TPG Capital. At both firms, he was focused on transactions in the technology and media sectors. Agarwal began his career at Goldman Sachs.
He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in business administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
