Clearlake Backs GoAmerica Purchase

GoAmerica Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAM) has agreed to acquire Hands On Video Relay Services Inc., a Rocklin, Calif.-based provider of audio and video communications for deaf and hard-of-hearing people. The deal is valued at approximately $69 million, including $35 million in cash and 6.7 million shares of GoAmerica common stock.
