Goldner Hawn taps Herz for the C-suite

Darren Herz has joined Goldner Hawn as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer.

In his new roles at the Minneapolis-based private equity firm, Herz will be involved in all of the firm’s activities: accounting, tax, information technology, compliance, investor relations, capital raising and working closely with portfolio company management.

Prior to Goldner Hawn, Herz was vice president of finance at Norwest Equity Partners. Before NEP, Herz held various corporate finance positions at Wells Fargo and Ameriprise Financial.

Herz has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. from North Dakota State University.
