Kenn Lee leaves Cheyenne Capital

Kenn Lee has left Cheyenne Capital, according to two sources.

Lee, who worked as managing director at the Denver private equity firm since April 2013, no longer appears on its website. A woman who answered the phone at Cheyenne Capital declined to comment on when he left the firm.

Prior to Cheyenne Capital, Lee worked as senior vice president at TorreyCove Capital Partners LLC, where he led the identification, analysis, due diligence and selection of private market investments, according to an online biography on Bloomberg.com.

His background also includes experience at Thoma Cressey Bravo, ClearLight Partners and PCG Asset Management.

Executives currently listed on Cheyenne Capital’s website include John Fitzgerald, managing directer and co-founder; John Garrett, managing director; Brian Knitt, managing director; and Mike West, chief financial officer.

Robert Grady remains a senior advisor for Cheyenne Capital, but he left the firm as managing director earlier this year. Grady had been managing director at Cheyenne Capital. He currently works as a partner at Gryphon Investors.
