San Francisco-based OODA Health, a healthcare payments company, has named Diego Piacentini to its board of directors. Piacentini is a senior adviser for KKR. He is also a veteran of Apple and Amazon. OODA Health's backers include Oak HC/FT and DFJ.

The Halifax Group has promoted Scott Plumridge and Chris Cathcart to managing partners. Plumridge has been at the Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm since 2005 while Cathcart joined Halifax in 2007.
