Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, has priced its IPO of more than 5.8 million shares at $16 per share. The stock began trading Friday on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “PLAY.”

Headquartered in Dallas, Dave & Buster’s Entertainment is the parent company of restaurant chain Dave & Buster’s.
Two years ago, Dave & Buster’s planned on going public but withdrew its IPO a day before it was to start trading on the NYSE, citing market volatility. At that time, the company was seeking to sell about 7.7 million shares at between $12 and $14 per share.
