The Carlyle Group is seeking a manager for its global private equity fund management team. The hire plays a significant role in analyzing the quarterly valuations of the funds’ investments, preparing materials to support fundraising initiatives, coordinating with and supporting Carlyle’s investment teams to acquire and dispose of investments. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics; and four to six years of experience in financial services. The position is in Washington, D.C.

Ocean Avenue Capital Partners is looking to hire a private equity associate. Duties include supporting the firm’s investment professionals in the evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities and assisting in the monitoring of existing investments. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, economics preferred); and two to three years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or other alternative investment strategies. The hybrid position is in Santa Monica, California.

ZX Ventures is on the hunt for an investment associate. The hire will be responsible for deal sourcing, analyzing specific companies for investment, executing on due diligence and partnering with ZX portfolio companies. Candidates should have two plus years of investment experience (VC/PE, investment banking, private equity). The position is in New York City.

Adams Street Partners is on the hunt for an analyst or associate. The hire will be responsible for supporting activities involving sourcing, analyzing, investigating and monitoring investment opportunities. Candidates should be a graduate of a top-tier undergraduate university. Business/finance/accounting background is preferred. Applicants should have one to two years of work experience in a top- tier investment banking, private equity or financial consulting organization. The position is in Chicago.
