Blackstone’s Strategic Partners is searching for an associate. Key areas of focus for this role include portfolio management and analysis, development of new products, capital markets management, investment structuring and execution, and strategic development of the business. Candidates should have two to four years of relevant experience. Experience in private equity, alternative assets or fund of funds is helpful, but not required. The position is in New York City.

Apollo Global Management is on the hunt for an associate for the investment COOs team. Responsibilities include assisting the private equity principal in all aspects of business management in addition to developing and delivering on private equity’s strategic ambitions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement; and three to four years of relevant work experience, with a preference for relevant financial services or asset management experience. Corporate strategy or consulting experience in other industries will also be considered. The position is in New York City.

The Carlyle Group is seeking a private equity investor relations associate for its product specialist team. Responsibilities include developing capital raising strategies, driving new content creation, responding to investor requests and supporting investor roadshows/events. The role will regularly collaborate with the relationship managers, the investment team and other internal stakeholders to help manage the investor relations activities of the Americas private equity funds. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of analytical and presentation experience. A strong understanding of financial markets and/or experience with private equity is required. The position can be either in New York City or Washington, D.C.

Ardian is looking to hire an investment analyst for its private equity co-investment department. The hire will work with the team on monitoring of U.S. deal flow and market research on potentially actionable opportunities; analysis of ongoing transactions on which the team is working (memo writing, financial modelling, market research, expert calls); and ad-hoc financial analysis for new transactions and existing portfolio companies. Candidates should a degree in finance or other related fields; familiarity working with international teams and across cultures; and 0.5 to 1.5 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or corporate finance positions. The position is in New York City.
