Also, he or she shall be expected to make meaningful contributions and lead substantially all major aspects of one to three new acquisitions per year. Candidates should have a BA or BS degree with a preference for degrees in business, finance or accounting, management, economics, or related fields; a master’s degree, MBA or other advanced degrees is a plus, but not required. Applicants should have a minimum of seven years of total prior professional experience, with three plus years in private equity or as independent sponsor or with a search fund. The remote position is in New York City.
Antares Capital is searching for an assistant vice president of marketing. The hire will track and analyze key market data/trends and manage databases related to macroeconomics, capital markets, private equity, sponsor finance, private credit investors/fundraising, competitors, market position/share, portfolio analysis, industry research, ESG and other ad-hoc research. Also, he or she will develop/contribute insightful material for board presentations, pitch materials, external thought leadership content and investor reports and DDQs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing or finance with five plus years of related work experience. A master’s degree in business administration and/or chartered financial analyst is preferred. Also, applicants should have evidence of promotion and strong performance in management consulting or financial services. The hybrid position is in the New York City metropolitan area.
Blackstone is seeking an associate for its private equity finance – operations group. The hire will work closely with deal teams/fund counsel/tax advisors and portfolio company management on investment transactions and support. Also, he or she will manage the investment closing/sale funds flow process alongside the deal teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance as well as four plus years of public accounting, fund accounting or fund operations experience. A CPA is preferred. The position is in New York City.
Star Mountain Capital is looking to hire an investor relations analyst. The hire will work directly with the senior team to help manage and maintain key business development and investor relationships in support of the overall marketing team. Also, he or she will research prospective investors, maintain database of target investors and relationships and log interactions with investors (using CRM). Candidates should have previous related experience in marketing; investor relations is preferred. The position is either in New York or the hire has the option to work from Star Mountain’s Florida office.
