The hire will support the development of compelling content that provides clients and prospective investors with information on current market trends and commingled fund products across private markets, Also, he or she will assist with development of product-specific materials offering memorandums, presentations, factsheets, due diligence books, as well as IR support tools and internal educational opportunities (teach-ins). Candidates should have a BA or BS degree; and two to four years of experience in marketing with specific experience in communications, message/content development and writing. Institutional investment management or private equity experience is preferred. The position is in Boston.

The hire will provide legal advice to Liberty Mutual Investments; and lead complex transactions (including coordinating due diligence, structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions) with a strong appreciation of deadlines. Also, he or she will maintain current knowledge of legal issues and developments in the law. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience. Significant knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and Exchange Act of 1934 with knowledge of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 is a plus. Completion of law school with a J.D. or L.L.B. degree and admission to the bar of at least one jurisdiction in the United States is required.
