Also, applicants should have five plus years of supervisory experience. The position is in Tampa.

The hire will primarily be responsible for managing deal execution, underwriting, financial analysis and performing due diligence on debt transactions originated by Cerberus’ dedicated vehicle. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree; and five to eight years of experience ideally in commercial real estate finance, brokerage or investment banking. The position in New York City.
