LLR Partners is looking to hire a senior associate/vice president for its healthcare investment team. The hire will play a lead role in originating, evaluating and closing new investments; and identify and execute research driven investment theses. Also, he or she should have a demonstrated ability to understand the financial and strategic drivers of businesses; evaluate opportunities against LLR investment criteria; and play a lead role quarterbacking diligence and managing third- party diligence vendors. Candidates should also possess four to six years of directly relevant private equity or investment experience; and an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with exceptional academic achievement. Apollo Global Management is looking to hire an associate for its real estate private equity team. The hire will drive analytical and project support for all investment activities; construct financial models, sensitivity analyses, comparable analyses and other discrete financial analyses as well as financial and asset due diligence and industry research; and conduct property diligence and maintain market or sector coverage with travel as required. Also, he or she will participate in deal financings and closings, including the drafting and negotiation of legal documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution, plus three to five years of experience in real estate investment banking and/or principal investing.
