S&P Global is on the hunt for a senior director, investment banking and private equity. Duties include developing the firm’s market outreach plan and interpreting the results of product opportunities; overseeing management of relationships with key customers to ensure we have the ability to identify new products and improve existing products/platforms; and providing direction to the business on meaningful recommendations on new business opportunities. The hire should have 15 plus years of experience in product management. The position is in New York.

GoldPoint Partners, a private equity affiliate of New York Life Investment Management LLC and indirect subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company, is looking to hire a private equity attorney. Duties include interacting with the investment team and outside counsel on private fund investments in mezzanine debt, second lien, and minority equity co-investments; assisting with the formation of GoldPoint’s proprietary funds; and reviewing and drafting vendor agreements and confidentiality agreements. Applicants should have seven to 10 years of experience at a leading Wall Street law firm or an in-house asset management firm with a focus on private equity and debt investments, and Investment Advisers Act matters. The position is in New York.

Lincoln Road Global Management is looking to add a full-time associate to its investment team. The hire will develop and vet investment theses, create presentations and models and help manage numerous third-party advisers. Requirements include two to three years of work experience in investment banking or private equity and highly developed financial modeling skills. Morgan Stanley Energy Partners is looking to hire a pre-MBA private equity associate. The hire will be actively engaged in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of transactions, as well as in the implementation of operational improvements at portfolio companies. While the position is a two-year commitment, exceptional performers will be considered for a third year. Candidates should have one to two years’ experience from a leading investment bank, energy corporation or management consulting firm. The position is in Houston.

GQR Global Markets is seeking to hire a private equity associate for its infrastructure fund. The hire will be part of the firm’s investment team. Candidates should have a bachelors degree from a top university, one to three years of experience in investment banking, strong financial modeling skills and M&A experience with an energy/infrastructure/oil and gas-related focus. The position is in New York.
