Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group is on the hunt for a managing director, private equity sponsor coverage. The hire will report to the head of sponsor coverage for North America and will work with team members in corporate advisory group on development of pitches and transaction execution. Also, he or she will oversee origination of new transactions/business development and marketing with private equity clients. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferable (MBA and/or JD). Also applicants should have a minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in investment banking or direct lending, including extensive experience in sponsor coverage, middle-market lending, and/or leveraged finance, with a focus on origination and client relationship development. The position is in New York City.

Felicis Ventures is looking to hire a chief of staff. The hire will handle day-to-day management of high-profile projects, relationships and deals, as well as partnering with the managing director on business decisions at portfolio companies and on formulating investment decisions at the firm. He or she will be working cross-functionally to partner with different teams and companies to help solve problems fast. Candidates should be an agile thinker who is able to see the big picture as well as map out the details to achieve goals. Any experience with private equity, investment/venture or consulting is a plus. The position is in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking a compliance associate. The hire will be responsible for assisting in the execution and administration of BAM’s regulatory compliance program, which is focused on registered investment advisory and broker dealer activities. Candidates should have five plus years of relevant asset management regulatory compliance support/paralegal experience. Experience in assisting the execution and administration of a regulatory compliance program, including facilitation of the monitoring of compliance with policies, procedures and protocols applicable to RIAs, registered broker-dealers and private funds, is a plus. The position is in New York City.

Raymond James is searching for an investment banking analyst. The hire will contribute and generate ideas during the entire transaction process and work independently on difficult assignments that are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Also, he or she will lead large multiple projects with significant scope and impact. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of one year of experience. The position is in New York City.
