Candidates should have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or legal; and up to five years’ experience in the financial services/asset management/private market industry. The position is in Princeton, New Jersey.
Adams Street Partners is looking to hire an investor relations associate. The hire will prepare and deliver customized client-facing materials in response to prospective and existing client requests; and ensure the timely delivery of standard and customized data and reporting requests. Also, he or she will assist with maintenance and updates to internal database (Dynamo) in order to track and leverage data to provide the most effective follow-up relative to each request. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with a proven record of academic success; and one to three years of professional experience, ideally with a business/operational focus. The position is in Chicago.
Seacoast Capital is on the hunt for a private equity associate. The hire will be involved in all aspects of principal investing, including company and transaction evaluation, due diligence, extensive financial analysis and portfolio management. Candidates should have one to three years of relevant professional experience in a related field, including (but not necessarily limited to): public or private markets investing, investment banking, lending, accounting, transaction advisory services, management or asset consulting, or similar roles in a corporate setting and/or other similar financial services roles. Also, they should have a bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials. This hybrid position is in either San Francisco or Boston.
BellMark Partners is seeking an investment banking associate. The hire will work on deal teams originating and executing a wide variety of advisory and capital raising engagements. Associates take on a leadership role in all execution work and supervise junior staff members on financial statement analysis and model development, valuation analysis, industry research and the preparation of various presentations and documents. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in economics, finance or accounting; and a minimum three years of investment banking, public accounting/transaction advisory, leveraged finance, or private equity experience. Series 79 (or Series 7) and Series 63 certified are preferred, or a willingness to sit and pass exams promptly. The position is in Boston.
