Candidates should have a minimum of seven to 10 years of relevant experience in a private markets investment role, preferably at a venture capital or private equity firm; an MBA or CFA is preferred. The hire will work closely with the senior investment team in all aspects of the business including sourcing, analyzing and closing new investment opportunities along with ongoing portfolio management. Candidates should have four to seven years of related experience, which can include leveraged finance, M&A, private equity and/or sponsor coverage, with preference for candidates with relevant experience in private direct lending as a principal investor. They should have undergraduate degrees, with CFA, CPA and/or MBA being a plus. The position is in Denver.
