Wellington Management is searching for a private credit principal. The hire will be responsible for helping the firm develop its sourcing network.  In addition to generating and structuring deal flow, he or she will conduct in-depth due diligence of select deals, develop investment recommendations and monitor portfolio positions. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a private markets investment role, preferably at a private debt asset manager or investment bank.  An MBA or CFA is preferred. The position will be based in either Boston, Massachusetts or Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Bayer is on the hunt for a director of venture investments. The hire will develop investment cases, conduct due diligence and supports deal execution and support start-up of ventures, day-to-day management, performance management and strategic decisions of the ventures. Also, he or she will support the setup of the new organization and support the venture in daily operations where applicable. Candidates should have an advanced degree in life science and/or agriculture covering relevant topics for venture-specific technology; a minimum of two to three years in venture capital; and an MBA and/or experience in investment banking and/or management consulting. The position is in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Prudential is seeking an investment associate. He or she will be involved in all aspects of modeling and analysis lifecycle, including initial design, prototype development, engagement with business partners and documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in mathematics, finance, economics or a related field plus three years of experience in the position offered or as an actuary or a related position. Also, they must have three years of financial modeling experience. The position is in Newark.

Benford Capital Partners LLC is looking to hire a private equity analyst. The hire will be expected to participate in analysis and execution of investment opportunities, lead ongoing, in-depth analysis of financial performance of BCP investments and coordinate ongoing portfolio valuation summaries. Candidates should have at least one to three years of total experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, private equity, public accounting, commercial banking, valuation services and/or transaction advisory services. The position is in Chicago.
