Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Wellington, Turn2Partners and Lazard are hiring

Wellington Management is looking to hire an emerging markets private credit principal. The hire will be responsible for helping to develop the firm’s sourcing network, in addition to developing relationships directly with private issuers in emerging markets across all regions. In addition to generating and structuring deal flow, he or she will help evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct in-depth due diligence of select deals, develop investment recommendations and monitor portfolio positions. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a private markets investment role, preferably at a private debt firm; MBA/CFA preferred. The position is in Boston.

Rothschild & Co Bank is seeking a private equity associate. The hire will work with a team to perform due diligence of secondary private equity investment opportunities; actively participate in meetings with general partners and company management teams; and support senior investment professionals in identifying investment opportunities, leveraging the firm’s investment platform and insights, and monitoring investment performance. Candidates should have three to five years of work experience, preferably with experience in either the private equity secondary or co-investment industry in an investment role and relevant corporate finance or investment experience. The position is in New York City.

Turn2Partners is searching for a private equity associate. The hire will support the pursuit of new investments, including buy-side due diligence, modeling and valuations. Candidates should have at least four to six years of investment analytics experience in a BDC, private equity firm or investment bank. The position is in Vienna, Virginia.

Lazard is on the hunt for 2020 investment banking summer associates for its capital structure advisory team. Summer associates will have the opportunity to interact with senior bankers and clients and will be responsible for financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, development of client presentations and deal execution. Candidates should have a minimum of two to three years of prior work experience, preferably in financial services. Also, they should be currently matriculated at a MBA or other graduate program and within two years of graduation. The positions are in New York.
