Quova Inc., a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of online geolocation data services, has acquired geolocating software maker Verifia Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Quova has raised over $45 million in VC funding, from firms like Sequel Venture Partners, Mobius Venture Capital, Nexus group and IDG Ventures Pacific.
