U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group, a provider of outpatient occupational healthcare services in California, has acquired Inland Industrial Medical Group of Ontario, California. No financial terms were disclosed. U.S. HealthWorks has raised around $131 million since 1996. Current shareholders include Three Arch Partners, Salix Ventures, AIG Altaris Health Partners and Dynamic Healthcare Solutions.
U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group, California’s largest provider of outpatient occupational health care services, today announced the acquisition of Inland Industrial Medical Group at 1910 S. Archibald Avenue, Suite E2, Ontario, California.
Like its U.S. HealthWorks counterparts, the Inland Industrial center offers employers comprehensive occupational health care, which includes injury and illness diagnosis and treatment, pre-placement and post-offer physical exams, drug and alcohol testing, physical therapy and orthopedic services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
U.S. HealthWorks now operates 59 occupational medical centers in California.
