Oaktree Capital Management LP and Security Properties have acquired three Arizona properties: Phoenix-based Canyon Creek, a 440-unit property; Glendale-based Stillwater, a 516-unit property; and Mesa-based Off Broadway, a 320-unit property. No financial terms were disclosed.
Virtua Partners has expanded its Phoenix office with three additions. Quyp Development, an affiliate of Virtua, has hired Anthony Hinrichs as project manager while Derrick Westrick and Zachary Chavez will join Virtua Capital Management's investor relations division.

EagleTree Capital, Investment Management Corp of Ontario and Honeywell have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Corsair, a provider of high performance branded computer products. The seller is Francisco Partners. The deal is valued at $525 million. Barclays Capital Inc served as financial adviser to Corsair while Macquarie Capital and BNP Paribas did likewise for EagleTree.
