Canadian healthcare technology venture firm iGan Partners has named Mark Bhattacharya as its new chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Previously, he worked at Morneau Shepell Asset and Risk Management Ltd where he was head of operations and chief compliance officer. Last year, iGan closed its debut fund at $100 million.
Maryland-based WD Lab Grown Diamonds, a producer of laboratory grown diamonds for the jewelry, scientific and industrial markets, has named Sue Rechner as CEO. She is the former global president of Merrell, the largest division of Wolverine Worldwide. WD is backed by Huron Capital.
Livingstone, an international M&A mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm, has named Mark Birkett and Michael Jenny as partners. Prior to joining Livingstone, Birkett worked at William Blair while Jenny was at Houlihan Lokey.

UK-based Artios Pharma Limited, a DNA damage response company developing treatments for cancer, has named Tania Dimitrova as chief business officer. Previously, she worked at Pfizer Inc where she was a director in worldwide business development.
