I am the founder and principal of a boutique corporate law firm in NYC, specializing in efficiently and effectively representing start-ups and small businesses, as well as, institutional and individual investors. I founded my firm with the desire to provide high-caliber legal services to all clients in a way that truly understands their goals and furthers their success.
I have extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements on behalf of small businesses and large corporations in the media, technology, renewable energy and personal care industries.

Throughout my legal career, I have negotiated governing documents on behalf of investors totaling $2.5 billion in investments in, and co-investments with, technology venture funds.

On behalf of institutional investors, including U.S. and Canadian public pension funds, I have structured and negotiated nearly $4 billion in investments in U.S. and international private equity funds.

I have served as U.S. counsel for an international private equity fund sponsor with over $2 billion under management. As part of my service, I have developed and negotiated all transaction documents relating to the sponsor’s organization, fund formation and fundraising activities and advising the sponsor to ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations.
