• Rehired by former client and ultimately sourced and negotiated an immediately cash flow positive deal for OK! Magazine to upgrade its web site and sales capability with no additional investment.
• Sought out by PE owner to formulate and launch a site redesign and content syndication strategy for maxim.com (companion site to Maxim magazine) to improve traffic, page views, and revenue generation.
• Asked by founder/chairman to develop a plan of reorganization for Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group (holding company for the business interests of Sean “Diddy” Combs), including strategies for reviving underperforming assets and disposing of non-core businesses.
• Solicited by founder to act as COO for Fanista, a digital entertainment start-up, including conceptualizing site, developing business plans and revenue generating strategies, establishing key vendor relationships, initiating and closing exclusive content deals, staffing headcount from three to in excess of 30 employees and 90 full-time equivalents, managing resources to a successful beta launch, and positioning the company for a Series B financing.
